Getting Started

TVU networks offers a free live TV service that you can watch on your Windows PC over a broadband Internet connection. This service is dedicated to bringing you TV that you can't get from cable or satellite, such as news and sports from around the world.

To watch the service, you'll need a Windows PC (2000, XP, or Vista) and a broadband Internet connection (DSL or cable modem, for example). You watch our featured channels in the Channels tab of our web site, or you can see all the channels by downloading the free TVUPlayer application here.

We also have a group of forums for fun and for technical support. Anyone can read the postings; if you want to post, please create an account and sign in. Finally, there's a TV guide. We're trying to build up a global TV guide of all the world's channels, so not every channel in the TV guide is available on the TVU service.

Finally, on TVU anyone can be a broadcaster. All you need is a PC (Linux or Windows) and a broadband Internet connection. Read more about that here.
