If your channel attracts many viewers and you would like to earn money via advertising income, you can apply to join as a TVU Broadcast Partner. By doing so, TVU can insert ads and share advertising revenue with you.

There is no cost to join, while the benefits are many:

• Earn advertising income (pre-roll ads)
• An official channel number to get you displayed higher in our Channel Guide
• Inclusion of your channel logo
• Limited free promotion of you channel on TVU home page

To ensure good viewing experience, we require that partner channels meet these requirements:

• Dedicate at least 1.5 Mbps of upload bandwidth to ensure smooth transmission of the channel
• Encode source video signal at high quality with bitrate at around 300 Kbps
• Programming needs to be a minimum of 3 hours per day and updated at least on a weekly basis

• If you are doing FREE Broadcasting using the free TVUBroadcast software, we encourage you to get your channel up and running and stable first
• Download and follow instructions in the Broadcast Agreement (you need to be signed in to access this document)
• Download and review Partner Launch Essentials (you need to be signed in for access)
